Grades:

• Open Women
• Open Mixed (Maximum of 3x Premier 1 female players per team) 
  • 3 Males permitted on court, one in each third
• Social
• Maximum of 10 Players per team for all teams
• Umpires & Balls Provided

Format: FAST 5 format

• 4x 5-minute quarters
• 1 pointer, 2 pointer and 3 pointer shots
• Center Position can shoot for 3 Pointer goals
• Power Play – 4th Quarter of each game is double the points!
• 4 Points for a Win, 2 for a Draw & 1 Bonus Point for a loss within 3 Goals.
