Netball Waitākere Club Premier Competition

Netball Waitākere Club Premier competition is run during the winter season. The competition is held on a Wednesday evening with the first round of games starting at 6:30pm. 

Competition Hui: 10th March 2026

Registration Close Date: Friday 13th March 2026

Fees Due Date: 20th March 2026​​​​​​​

2026 will see an amendment to our Club premier competition, back to the original format of a Premier 1 grade of 6 teams and a Premier 2 grade of 6 teams. We will continue to include the the 2 pointer shot!

• 2x Pools of 6 teams, Premier 1 & Premier 2
• 3x Rounds + Semis & Finals. 
• Promotion/Relegation following rounds 1 & 2. A game between 6th place Premier 1 & 1st place Premier 2, as per table standings.

Grading – Will depend on registration numbers, if only 12 teams registered, grading not required and grades will be determined based on seedings from 2025. If more than 12, only bottom 2 seeded teams to join grading with new registrations.

Promotion/Relegation – No Promotion/Relegation during season from Senior A to Premier.
