Allocation of Umpires 2011/12
Summer League Umpiring
Umpires will be available for hire on the night only. They will be allocated to games on a first in first served basis. Please go to the Totara Room and book and pay for your umpire, about 30 mins before your game. An umpire cannot be guaranteed, it will dependant on how many umpires are available for your round, so have a plan B in place. Remember, if you cannot supply an umpire, a player from your own team will be required to take this role.

Umpire Centre Theory Classes 2012
These classes are suitable for any person (13 yrs plus) who wishes to take the first steps needed to become a qualified Junior or Centre umpire. We also welcome coaches, parents and players that wish to become more familiar with the rules and their applications/implications. Please complete the registration form available to download, and bring it, as well as the $25.00 fee on the first night. All classes will take place in the Kowhai Room, except for March 28, where the Totara room will be used. A rule book plus homework activities are included in the fee. Ideally both practical sessions should be attended. If there are further queries regarding these classes please e-mail us at umpirecorresp@netballwaitakere.co.nz.
